Are there hidden costs with Albergus Catering?
There are no hidden costs with Albergus Catering. Our pricing
is clearly outlined in the agreement form prior to your event,
and you will not be surprised when you receive your final bill!
What happens to the left over food? Any leftover
food after a banquet is allowed to be taken by the guests. We
ask that you be as accurate as possible when giving your final
guest count.
What happens if it rains on the day of my outdoor event?
Our policy is that we leave it up to the customer on whether or
not to cancel the event. Your deposit cannot be refunded but can
be credited towards a future event.
Is the service charge a gratuity for employees?
No. Our service charge is a labor charge that includes our staff
being on site for the entirety of your event. Gratuities are not
required but graciously accepted.
Am I limited to selections that are on the current menu?
Our menu serves as a guideline based upon our most popular food
selections. Albergus prides itself on letting you, the customer,
"customize" your own menu. If you would like to serve
something that is not on our current menu, please consult one
of our banquet Account Executives.
Does Albergus offer food tastings prior to events?
Albergus does offer food tasting on Saturdays scheduled from 12:00-1pm.
There is a charge per person for tastings and if you book your
event with Albergus that food tasting is for free for 2 persons.
Do I need to pay delivery fee? No if your venue
is within Metro Manila however, a fee will be charge for provincial
locations
How far will Albergus go to cater? Anything
is possible. We have catered as far Vigan and Batangas. Please
contact a representative to see if we will cater to your area.
What if I am on a restricted budget? We can customize
our menus to fit almost any budget. Please contact one of our
booking managers with your specific budget concerns and we will
come up with ideas for you.
